Shane Healy, former Olympian, rolled back the years to run 4:33.40 in the Mile at the final graded meet last night in Tallaght.

Shane was running in the "A" race and finished some 17 seconds ahead of his nearest rival.

Sean White-Mullen ran an unusual double taking part in both the 100m and the mile finishing both in 8th and 6th place in times of 12.75 and 5:08.40 respectively for the events.

The track season is pretty much over now and we're all now looking forward () to the cross country season that starts in the next few weeks (schedule on side panel)
