Weekend Round-Up (Apr 14/15)
Sat/Sun, 14th/15th April 2018
Well done to all our juveniles who took part in the first league event of 2018 out in Santry on Saturday. The MSB singlets were out in full and there were many really good performances in many events over the long day. Far too many to go into detail about
Thanks to all the parents and coaches along with a big thanks to Mary Friel for officiating. MSB need to provide more volunteers officials for future events so please put your name forward if you can do this at any future event.
The next league takes place again this coming Saturday (21st Apr) out in Santry. Details here: http://msbac.ie/news/club-news/144-juvenile-league-info-2018
The Great Ireland Run took place on Sunday and in the Junior Great Ireland Run 2018 Eva Crowe put in a brilliant performance in the 9-11 race to come over the line in second place on the 2.9k course in a superb time of 11:47
In the main 10k event MSB had five runners. The course is a tough one and the conditions were not ideal but some very solid performances by our athletes
